"My woodstove and chimney needed inspection and service after 25 years of constant use. Cayden came to do the initial inspection and estimate. A very pleasant young man who knows how to shake hands, first off. Everything was explained, and the estimate was a lot less money than I expected. I was also given a discount."

"Steve and his team did an outstanding job replacing our outdoor fireplace insert and chimney. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough in their work. They took the time to explain the process, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was done right. "Tre and Mason were really good with our dryver vent cleanup. We had remnants of old nests in our dryer vent that 2 other services in the past 5 years did not fully clean. These guys got to that on the outside of the house in a tough to get spot above our garage's pitched roof (not easy to get to and risky).
When Tre came by it was icy outside and was too risky to go up to the vent above garage. The company did not charge and sent Mason and another tech when weather cleared up.
We were thinking that we needed a new dryer before we called them in preparation for a new dryer. Our 13-year old dryer was running for 2-3 hours a cycle prior to their visit and it is down to about 30-mins now. Very happy with their service and diligence."
