"I had an emergency here at my home where there was a gas leak in my fireplace . George and Nick made an effort to drive up to my house to resolve the issue . They fixed my gas leak and also cleaned my fireplace and chimney to absolute perfection. I have never received better customer service and support than George and Nick. I highly recommend Alpha & Omega Services and I recommend you ask for George and Nick for their excellent service and Quality of work . Thank You George and Nick for everything you did!!"

"Avery has been to my home twice now. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is polite, professional and absolutely fastidious about his work. When he left, he had cleaned the glass doors inside and out. They absolutely shine. It’s the best it’s looked in years. He took out the logs, vacuumed them and then replaced them. Was never in a hurry. Just wanted to get the job done, right?"

"Avery, is a knowledgeable and dedicated young man, and he did an excellent job cleaning my fireplace insert. I was considering getting a back up fan/blower to have on hand In case, my current one dies In the middle of winter. Avery graciously went online and identified the Model and part number that I would need. But after he explained to me how the heat is dispersed out of the insert, even when the blower is turned off, I decided to wait until I actually need one. Avery, was extremely patient and I learned a lot today. Thanks, Avery, and I’ll see you next year."
