"David came out and diagnosed a very large fire hazard for us. Our dryer was just flowing into the ceiling! Instead of trying to make it work, he walked through everything. The issues with keeping it how it is and a better alternative. David was extremely thorough and professional and made sure we approved different areas. David was awesome! Thanks for everything!"

"My water heater broke during an unfortunate accident with Home Depot refrigerator delivery. I called Powell and they had a plumber to my address within the hour and the leak was fixed shortly after. Pat was very pleasant to work with and even helped hook the water up to my new refrigerator wine the delivery guys didn’t finish their job. Excellent service!"
