"Carter and Shawn did a fantastic job of quickly adjusting to perform the type of inspection needed and made sure I wasn't paying for services that would not be needed before getting some additional work performed to operate my fireplace safely. My wife and I just purchased a new home and we are comforted that Carter and Shawn were professional, detailed, and did a great job explaining the deficiencies with pictures and walking through options for getting to a final solution. All items discussed were detailed in a report along with the pictures for keeping an accurate record. I would go back to Alpha "

"Had a new gas fireplace insert plumbed in and installed today. Everything went smoothly and the new setup looks and works great. The installers (Mason H and Hunter L) were very professional and informative. Looking forward to clean-burning fires this winter!"
